Fixes

  • Data Import/Export
    • Fixed issue so that description or startDate are not required when importing a CDT Code Set.
  • Dentition
    • Fixed the issue where an old date of birth failed to create a patient dentition.
  • Document Templates
    • Fixed the issue of the Template Details screen having a “Create” rather than a “Save” button when editing the details of new and some older Document Templates.
    • Fixed the issues related to drag and drop of folders to reorder/nest in the Template Folder page in Practice Settings. Similarly using Insert Template, the document template appears in the folder selected, not a random one.
    • The inline question layout option shows user input options inline with the question text.
  • Health Facts
    • Health facts added from a document now appear in the patient sidebar as soon as form has been validated.
    • Fixed the issue of more than one instance of a health fact appearing in the patient sidebar.
    • The Health Fact window now stays open in ICE after having launched Lexicomp in another tab from the alert link.
    • The links from Health Facts now properly loads Lexicomp in a new browser tab.
  • Insurance
    • Expired insurance policy information is now greyed out in the displayed insurance card.
  • Notifications
    • Fixed issue of two notifications created for the provider sending the referral instead of just one.
  • Panels
    • Fixed the issue of refresh icon still spinning even after it has finished loading panel (e.g. Patient Documents, Mail Merge).
  • Practice Settings
    • Fixed the issue where some System Types (e.g. Phone number Type) when modified in Practice Settings, were not getting updated on a Demographics page until refresh.
    • From Practice Information – Standards & Formats – Display Settings, the Phone Number Format field now displays the appropriate example using the current practice settings format.
  • Progress Notes
    • Fixed issue with sort on Last Modified Date.
    • In the Progress Notes panel, the text displayed in the document now uses all of the available white space.
  • Reporting
    • Fixed an issue where the report template ‘share’ with provider group(s) appears to be saved even when the screen was just canceled.
  • Scheduling
    • The filter on Resource is now working as expected from Search Availability – Advanced button.
    • Unscheduled appointments no longer show in Provider Appointment Panel.
    • When cancelling an appointment, a cancellation reason must be selected.  By default, the reason should use the “Primary” as defined in Practice Settings (ICE provides a default “No Specific Reason”). Also fixed an issue related to the selection of a cancellation reason.
  • Telehealth
    • Sessions will now appear/disappear from the Active Sessions list on Provider > Telehealth without requiring a refresh.
  • Treatment Planning
    • Clicking on the left hand side of a treatment or finding in the Treatment Planning Panel will now open the Quick Edit popover.
    • Fixed the issue with the item notes column not staying inline in General Procedure List when scrolling left/right.
    • Searching on codes from Treatment Planning will no longer search on codes with effective dates in the future.  Those new codes are only available from Fee Schedules.
    • When entering material findings, the “Save and Add New” button can now be used to record multiple material findings without the input switching back to Diagnostic each time.
  • User Experience
    • Various improvements implemented throughout ICE.
  • Validation
    • Fixed issue where a tooth change was not getting added as a new validation entry.
